  • Cancellation Fee:
    If you cancel after 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee (based on the total order value) will be applied.

Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery. After this period, orders are considered final and refunds will not be issued.

Refunds may be provided if items meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • Products differing in design, size, or material from the original order.
  • Receipt of incorrect items.
  • Significant deviations from the product description.

Ineligible for Return or Refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Defective items not attributable to our oversight.
  • Items lacking original tags.
  • Items with minor, fixable thread issues.

Note: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.


Refund Claim Requirements

When submitting a refund claim, please provide the following documentation:

  • Shipping label or receipt.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Evidence of defects (e.g., photos).
  • Any relevant communications (e.g., email screenshots).

Return and Refund Process
