- Payment Confirmation: Processing begins once payment is accepted.
- Orders placed after our daily cutoff time (5:00 PM EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Please allow 3-7 business days for the carrier to scan and update the package into their system. If the tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier has not yet processed your package.

Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or international locations.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Incorrect Address
Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout to avoid delivery issues:
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional time to resolve.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer input errors.
- Returned packages are sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and may be disposed of. Re-shipping fees will apply for returned orders.
- We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage if the carrier is instructed to forward or redirect the parcel after it leaves our warehouse.
